There aren’t enough stars I can give Debbie as a rating, she was just faultless start to finish. We eloped just the 2 of us, and Debbie calmed my nerves all morning, orchestrated the nervous pacing groom and understood what we wanted without us having to even speak. She captured our vibe perfectly, and understood exactly how we wanted the day to be captured. The photos honestly took our breath away, nothing was too much. Debbie and her husband even drove us down to a nearby Loch we wanted to capture some photos at. Not only is Debbie an amazing photographer but she is always a genuinely lovely person. Debbie was the perfect photographer for our wedding, she captured the feeling of the day so beautifully and naturally. My gosh, I cannot say enough about Debbie. She is so kind, sweet and she has quite an eye. She took two of the most camera-awkward introverted people and made them look AWESOME in photos!!!! Debbie is both very professional and very friendly. Our wedding was a small and personal ceremony an elopement and we wanted a personal natural style of photograph . Debbie met us at our location in, north Argyll and right away made us feel very comfortable.
Despite the weather taking a turn for the worse , she managed to bring the best out of us and the scenery and even got us a trip on the local small passenger ferry leading to fun and unexpected photographs.
Her photography captured just what we hoped for and more in those special moments she saw that you don’t get from a set pose . Debbie is a totally brilliant photographer and person. She photographed our wedding and captured the day beautifully! We were over the moon to get pictures of all the candid moments between our guests and she captured the joy and love we felt all day in every photo. Having Debbie photograph our wedding at the Brander Lodge was the best decision we made. She is so lovely, friendly and understands exactly what style of pictures we liked. Debbie just slots right in and is amazing with everyone around her, we have pictures of family members who aren’t keen on their photo being taken, and they felt totally at ease. From the planned photos to those we were unaware of, they are all just amazing. I printed off every single one and collated them in a huge album. I wouldn’t want anyone else to take our special family pictures and couldn’t recommend highly enough to others.

I had already seen some of Debbie's beautiful work on Instagram when we booked her for our wedding in June. Our venue was quite outdoorsy and rustic and we wanted someone who would be able to capture that well. Debbie's photography focused on natural and candid photos which were really ideal for us.
Debbie really made the effort to chat to us before the wedding, both via email and video call and really gave us the sense that she was getting to know us and what we were looking for. I had been a little unsure about hiring a photographer at all but after speaking to Debbie and especially after seeing the results of her work, gorgeous pictures that make us feel good and we will treasure, then I know that it was 100% worth it!
When we first got the photos we were so excited to go through them together. We spent hours looking through each one and talking about the experience. Her photos really showcased all the effort that we put into our very DIY wedding. She also managed to capture really genuine emotion in her photos, which was really important to us. We are both quite nervous people and it can be tricky to put us at ease but Debbie was patient, clear and flexible to help us capture our magical day!

Debbie was perfect for our wedding and we can’t recommend her enough. She was great in the run up to the day and happy to chat on Zoom as often as we liked. We eloped to the Cairngorms and only had five guests, so we hoped we’d get on well with our photographer – Debbie fitted in brilliantly on the day and felt like our sixth guest. She was happy to chat with everyone, help with buttonholes and always knew how to capture the day without the camera becoming the focus. We love Debbie’s eye for natural photography - our favourite shots were when we had no idea they were being taken! She was happy to lace up her boots and trample around in the forest or balance on stepping stones in the river to get the right angle - she even went the literal extra mile to capture our walk into Ballater for dinner. We love the finished photographs – Debbie had taken our thoughts and ideas and added her own style and expertise to make a perfect memory. The short film of video clips was a brilliant addition that we’d never thought of but are so grateful to have. Debbie was absolutely brilliant in capturing all of the precious moments on our wedding day. From the minute I met with Debbie I knew my wedding photos would’ve fantastic. She took time to get to know us and find out what we liked. Travel was no problem for her either!
On the day, when we were getting ready, she blended in so well with everyone we forgot she was there. We had loads of natural shots as and a good ratio of posed photos. Every photo, of which there were loads, brings a happy memory of our day. I feel like she captured every moment! She is just amazing at what she does and we highly recommend her!

After originally planning to have a big November wedding in Glasgow we decided nearer the time to change our plans and have the wedding up in Banff nearer my family so they were all able to attend.
With only 5 weeks notice Debbie was more than happy to accommodate our new arrangements and travel up to Banff for our wedding.
My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of the camera. Debbie made us feel so at ease and became part of the family for the day.
To say that she captured every moment would be a understatement. The photos and video montage are better than we could have ever imagined and it has really encapsulated our special family filled day. We are beyond thrilled and thankful.

Debbie has recently photographed our wedding, and really made the whole experience so special for us both. We first met Debbie for our engagement shoot which was included in the wedding package we had picked, I was very nervous as I never enjoy having my pictures taken. Debbie put me at ease straight away and I ended up really enjoying the whole experience, and the photos were amazing and I felt so relaxed the whole time. When it came to the wedding day I had no nerves about photos, Debbie was fantastic and captured our day perfectly and we really couldn’t of asked for any more from her. When my Husband and I started to organise our wedding, we were recommended several photographers. We looked through a multitude of wedding portfolios… but none like Debbie’s! We were completely mesmerised by her talent to be able to convey such precious moments. I have never seen photographs that made me feel so caught up in the moment that has been captured! We honestly cannot recommend Debbie highly enough! Debbie has this truly wonderful ability to capture the most creative, candid, beautiful and natural photographs. Debbie photographed our wedding in South Uist in May this year and we can’t recommend her enough! She was very easy to communicate with in the run up to the wedding and we met up for a chat beforehand to put faces to names which was lovely. On the day although it was a very cold and windy day you would never know as all of the pictures are beautiful and capture lots of lovely moments throughout the morning, day and evening (which I flick through almost daily since the wedding!). Having Debbie around while getting ready the morning of the wedding was also really nice, although we didn’t know each other that well there was absolutely no awkwardness, it was just nice for all of us to chat while getting ready - with Debbie multitasking taking lovely photographs at the same time!
